ABOUT US
The Unleashed Collective was created from a passion for vocational education, business growth and the celebrancy industry. With extensive experience across education and training, assessment, RTO operations, leadership and management, HR, business and community services becoming a training provider was a natural progression.
Established to address gaps within the training sector, The Unleashed Collective focuses on delivering quality outcomes, meaningful student experiences and genuine support throughout the learning journey. Our goal is not simply enrolment, but successful completion and the development of transferable skills and knowledge that can be applied immediately in the real world.
We deliver both accredited and non-accredited training through modern learning environments, innovative delivery methods and industry-experienced trainers who remain actively involved in their professions. Whether studying face-to-face or via distance learning, students are supported by a dedicated team that is consistently recognised for going above and beyond expectations.
Training at The Unleashed Collective is designed to support individuals, businesses and communities alike. We work with small, medium and large organisations, tailoring learning experiences to suit the needs of each cohort while encouraging sustainable business practices, confidence, leadership and growth mindsets.
Our trainers and assessors actively operate their own businesses, participate in ongoing professional development and maintain strong industry engagement to ensure training remains current, practical and relevant. Student feedback regularly describes our team as supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely invested in student success.

In June 2023, The Unleashed Collective was awarded a Smart and Skilled Contract through the NSW Department of Education. This allows us to deliver subsidised training under the NSW Government funded program, including qualifications such as the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services. Please contact our team if you would like to discuss these qualifications further or learn more about your eligibility.
In late 2024, The Unleashed Collective launched its sister company, The United Celebrant Network, to support celebrants beyond their initial training and provide ongoing professional development, education and industry connection opportunities. In its first year, the network exceeded its membership goals and continues to grow into a supportive and respected community of celebrants from across Australia.

From Idea to Impact
2017–The drive to set up a community connected privately owned RTO was born
2018–The Company was established and The RTO application went into the regulator
2019–We started trading and training & our first student enrolled that month!!!
2020–Started forming amazing industry connections, making new friends.
2021–First Celebrancy cohort completed & are still trading today 😊
2022–Started volunteering on the regional training awards panel
2023–NSW Smart & Skilled contract begins, regional training expands
2024–Gave us 250+ learners enrolled across Celebrancy, Business, Leadership and Management & Community Services programs PLUS we opened our own industry Network
2025–NSW Training Awards Finalist–Small Training Provider of the Year!!!
